home makers - best chief executive officers.

Being a girl of 21st century I surely talk about feminism, I debate about the women empowerment. I find myself telling people what a man can do can be done by a women. And I know, I know it very well I m right. A woman is a born multi tasker. God actually installed that android version in it which we use today to accomplish the multiple tasking. Women had in it before that android version was ever developed. From making their kids ready for the school to preparing the lunch, from handling her office work to being the head of the company. She could do it all with perfection and with a tint of a grace.
One fine day I really started wondering, what I would have been, what kind a lady I would have grown into if my mother was not there to look after me? What kind of a person I would have developed inside me if she was not around? Would I have had the same level of maturity and sense what I have today? Probably no! Would my father have accomplished the same heights what he achieved toady if my mother didn’t ask him daily about his work and motivated him. Would he be able to turn into the man of principles if ‘his’ mother didn’t sacrifice it all just to inculcate the values in him. When I look around I see thousand of examples. I seriously doubt my friend chetanya would have learned to respect every lady or a woman he comes across if not his mother was there to make him understand.
I live in Bhopal away from my parents and I live here with family. Two bhabi’s I live with are well educated and have a real nice degrees but they preferred to be the home makers I ask myself if they would have opted for jobs would their family be the same way like it is today.
My mother is not the ceo of any company and i believe she would have been the matchless ceo in our times. In fact any home maker would have made the best one. But these women chose to run the company named family so that we today can be what we want to be. So that they teach us the values which no one else can.
My aim is not here to criticize any women who works in an office. Definitely she has the work and responsibility which no one can handle and I respect such women. I remember reading the letter of ceo  icici bank “mrs. Chanda kochhar” to her daughter. She said “ I m thankful to you and your father for the support you provided me so that I can handle the pressure of my work”. So  today I really want to salute and thank  to every women to left their everything for their family so that they can handle the pressure like chanda kochhar. Who are working behind the cameras so that their children and husbands can shine the stars.
They all are individually CHIEF EXCUTIVE OFFICIERS of their respective families.  I don’t know after 15 year when I would be asked to make choice what would I opt for because it really takes the courage to leave your hard work and the dreams behind.
